christyrobblakeChristy Robb is a career and lifestyle development coach and consultant. She draws from years of experience in a range of perspectives including as a career coach, corporate recruiter, and agency recruiter as well as an educational background in counseling psychology.

Two career highlights include her time as an assistant director and career coach serving students and alumni for one of the nation’s top private universities and her experience as a recruiter serving the headquarters of one of the country’s fastest growing retail companies.

Christy has coached hundreds of individuals in career and lifestyle development and served on recruitment, talent management, and rebranding focus groups to offer guidance on successful collaborations between employees and employers. She also co-taught a course at Vanderbilt University entitled “Talent Management and Organizational Fit”. Having served on “both sides of the table”, Christy brings a unique perspective to her clients on strategies for success in today’s world of work.

She has volunteered her services at organizations such as career advancement centers, career support groups, a women’s rehabilitation organization, and local universities where she resides in Nashville, TN. Christy has a passion for people finding and creating the opportunities and lifestyle they desire, and she is thrilled to facilitate such a journey for her clients.
